Cream Oxidant 3%

Included in the set is a specially formulated oxidant that activates the tint formula and ensures consistent, rich color development.

How to Use:

STEP 1 – PRE-CLEANSE

Clean the brow area with Cloudy Foam 3-in-1 Shampoo by OKO Lash&Brow. Remove the remaining foam with a damp cotton pad.

STEP 2 – SHAPING & MAPPING

Create the brow shape using OKO Eyebrow Contour Paste White Pearl, powder pencil, or tint thread. Refine the lines with OKO Line Cleanser.

STEP 3 – BROW CORRECTION

Remove unwanted hairs using OKO Lash&Brow Tweezers 01 & 02 Easy Touch. For precise work, use Tweezers 03 Ultra Point.

STEP 4 – TINTING

Mix OKO Liquid Hybrid Tint H2O with Cream Oxidant 3% (H2O series):

• For lighter results – 1:3 ratio
• For deeper, saturated color – 1:1 ratio

Apply the tint in your preferred technique. For layered application, start with a thin layer and repeat 2–3 times.
Let the tint develop for 6–15 minutes depending on desired intensity.
Remove with a damp cotton pad.

STEP 5 – FINAL TOUCH

If necessary, clean any tint stains with OKO Color Remover. Fix the brows with OKO Brow Fix Gel for a lasting polished look.
