1. Shipping & Processing Information
Processing Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory Canadian holidays). You will receive a separate email notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Carriers We primarily ship via Canada Post, Purolator, and trusted carriers like UPS/FedEx. The delivery timeline depends on the selected service and your location within Canada or internationally.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.
Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD (pre-tax total).
International Shipping We currently offer shipping to the United States and select international destinations. Please note that customers are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country.
2. Returns and Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review the policy below.
Return Eligibility Window You may return most unused and unopened items within 30 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs).
Condition of Goods All returned items must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition. Items showing any signs of use or damage will not be eligible for a refund.
Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy) Due to hygiene and safety regulations regarding professional cosmetics, the following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items with broken safety seals or opened packaging.
Used pigments, tints, glues, or solutions.
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
Return Shipping The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for items returned due to buyer’s remorse or incorrect ordering. If the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us immediately, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement.
