ELAN FLASH TINT Milk Chocolate is the world’s first direct brow tint developed using an occlusion-based formula. This innovative tint does not require a developer and is fully ready to use right out of the bottle.

Unlike traditional tinting systems that must be mixed with ammonia—often disrupting the skin’s moisture balance and accelerating aging—the occlusive formula of FLASH TINT preserves the natural pH of the skin and prevents dryness. No additional hydrating or restorative products are needed after the treatment.

The Milk Chocolate shade is a warm, rich brown with a deep, even pigment. It provides excellent coverage, including over old tattoo pigment, and can create a soft permanent-makeup effect. All FLASH TINT shades can be mixed together to achieve customized colour blends. The tint develops instantly, so quick and precise application is essential.

How to Use – ELAN FLASH TINT Milk Chocolate

Important: Although the formula is hypoallergenic, individual sensitivity is possible. A patch test near the elbow area is recommended 48 hours prior to application.

Application Steps:

Cleanse the brow area with a detox mousse to remove makeup and impurities.
If the skin is very dry, apply LashPLEX 2.0 under a film for 15 minutes, then rinse.
Outline the desired brow shape with a pencil.
Milk Chocolate is highly saturated. To achieve a softer or muted tone, mix it with Shade 08 Black.
Apply the tint with a brush, staying within the outlined shape.
Use the same amount of product and the same processing time on both brows.
Processing time: 1–15 minutes, depending on the desired intensity.
For a gradient effect, remove part of the tint with a damp cotton pad or a toner-remover.
Rinse thoroughly with a damp cotton pad.
Finish by applying COLOUR FIX to set the result.

Pro Tip:
The tint develops extremely fast. If you need more working time, add 1–2 drops of LashPLEX 2.0. Water-based formulas mix well with FLASH TINT and slow down the development slightly.
