Description

The ELAN Flash Tint is the world’s first brow and lash tint developed using an occlusive effect, which allows the product to work without any oxidizer. The formula is fully ready to use and does not require mixing with ammonia-based developers that may disturb the skin’s moisture balance or accelerate aging.

Thanks to the occlusion technology, Flash Tint maintains the natural pH of the skin, does not dry the hair or skin, and eliminates the need for additional moisturizing or repairing products after tinting.

This tint is especially recommended for clients with sensitive skin, allergies, as well as after brow lightening or lamination, as it does not overly darken the hair. The formula is gentle enough to be used on younger clients, but a patch test and a doctor’s consultation are recommended.

The Warm Brown #09 shade (red-based warm brown) provides a rich, even colour that can cover old permanent makeup and create a soft “permanent effect”. All Flash Tint shades can be mixed together for customized colour results. The tint develops quickly, so application should be precise and efficient.

The formula contains active polysaccharides that form a protective barrier, prevent moisture loss, restore the cellular structure, and help protect the skin and hair from aging.

How to Use — Brow Application (Warm Brown #09 / Black)

Important: Despite being hypoallergenic, perform a patch test 48 hours before the procedure (apply to inner elbow area).

Steps:

Cleanse the area with a detox mousse.
If the skin is very dry, apply LashPLEX 2.0 under a film for 15 minutes, then rinse.
Outline the desired brow shape with a pencil.
For a softer shade, mix Warm Brown #09 with Black #08.
Apply the tint with a brush within the outlined shape. Ensure equal amount and equal timing on both brows.
Exposure time: 1–15 minutes depending on the desired depth.
For a soft gradient, wipe the front of the brow with a damp cotton pad or NOCOLOR Remover.
Remove with a wet cotton pad.
Finish with COLOUR FIX fluid-fixative.

How to Use — Lash Application

Cleanse lashes with detox mousse.
Apply a generous amount of argan oil under the eyes.
Place cut cotton pads on the lower eyelid.
For a softer effect, mix the tint with shade #08.
Apply to the lashes.
Leave for 1–15 minutes, then rinse.
Finish with COLOUR FIX.

Tip:
The tint develops quickly. To slow down the setting time, add 1–2 drops of LashPLEX 2.0. Water-based products mix well with Flash Tint.
